Dr. Nicole Tetreault DPT, PT, CMP
Dr. Nicole Tetreault is a Licensed physical therapist with extensive experience in treating motor vehicle injuries and implementing ergonomic improvement programs. Proficient in orthopedics and a certified Mulligan practitioner, she coordinates comprehensive physical therapy and medical services, including injury care.
She evaluates and treats orthopedic and motor vehicle injuries, collaborating closely with physicians to establish patient treatment plans, measurable goals, and discharge timelines. She also manages a team of physical therapists and assistants, providing mentorship and professional development.
With experience in both orthopedic and neurological settings, she employs advanced manual skills, including PNF, strain counter-strain, and mobilization with movement, to deliver effective patient care. Her commitment to improving health outcomes and fostering a culture of safety and wellness in the workplace drives her practice.

Dawn Putman PTA
Dawn has 31 years of physical therapy experience rehabilitating clients who’ve had a wide array of pain syndromes, trauma and life changing events. Specifically, her expertise in myofascial mobilization and myofascial release have served her clients well in helping them return to their prior level of function. She has been married for 44 years to her favorite human on the planet. She has 2 grown sons and 3 dogs. Her mission is to help you achieve your best physical health.
